Any conversion of the 4e Genasi ?

Conversions

I've seen the 3/3.5e Genasi conversion, but none about the 4e... where could I find one ?

Thanks in advance

If you check Bestiary 2, you'll find equivalents of the Firesoul genasi under 'Ifrit', the Watersoul under 'Undine', the Windsoul under 'Sylph' and the Earthsoul under 'Oread.' Mind you, they're not identical in terms of their exact powers, but the general concept (a humanoid with elemental/genie-like qualities) is the same. Check them out & decide if they'll work for what you have in mind.

Another option could be Suli from B3. As long as one is willing to accept that -2 racial penalty to Intelligence score.

Yeah, I know... see below...

That could work but... here's my reason:

The 4e genasi is basically a being of pure elemental energy that can also change and combine to another element with feats and soul combinations (fire, earth, water, wind, stormsoul). While it can be a separate being, it can also be a fusion... and this is the aspect I'm actually looking for.

Suli is the closest of currently existing races with it's ability to charge own attacks with single element once per day and multiple energy resistances. It would require a few custom-made racial feats to expend it's abilities in that matter.

I agree with Drejk, you'd have to homebrew some feats or expand the race itself with the Advanced Racial Guide when it comes out. Which I don't see as being too hard for what you're asking.

Alright, I'll take a look.

Liberty's Edge

You could toy around with the playtest if you still have it, it might have some stuff to give you ideas for what you want. Good luck, let us know how it comes out?

First, I would replace Suli's Intelligence penalty with Wisdom penalty - in my opinion it suits fickle primordial impulsiveness more. Second I would replace skill bonuses with +2 to Knowledge [planes] and +2 to Survival checks.

Examples of racial feats for Sulis expanding their elemental heritage:

Earthsoul
Prerequisites: Elemental assault ability.
Benefits: A suli gains one aditional daily use of elemental assault ability. As a standard action, the character can expand elemental assault daily use to create a 10-ft.-radius shockwave. All Large or smaller creatures touching the ground within the area that fail Reflex saving throw (DC 10+1/2 character level+Charisma modifier) are knocked back 5 feet and fall prone. This is a supernatural ability.

Firesoul
Prerequisites: Elemental assault ability.
Benefits: A suli gains one aditional daily use of elemental assault ability. When hit with a weapon attack by adjacent creature or any natural or unarmed attack, the character can expend one use of elemental assault as an immediate action to inflict 1d6 points of fire damage per character level to the attacker or half on a successful Reflex saving throw (DC 10+1/2 character level+Charisma modifier).
Special: While the elemental assault is active and dealing fire damage, the character may, instead of spending elemental assault daily use, end the current use and deal 1d6 points of fire damage per round of duration remaining.

Watersoul
Prerequisites: Elemental assault ability.
Benefits: A suli gains one aditional daily use of elemental assault ability. While elemental assault is active and dealing cold damage, the character ignores effects of difficult terrain and can walk on water or other liquids as if under effects of walk on water spell.

Windsoul
Prerequisites: Elemental assault ability.
Benefits: A suli gains one aditional daily use of elemental assault ability. While elemental assault is active and dealing electricity damage, the character improves movement speed by 10 feet and reduces falling damage by 2d6.

Sorcerous Elemental Assault
Prerequisites: Elemental assault ability.
Benefits: While elemntal assault is active, a suli gains +1 bonus to caster level of certain spells, depending upon type of elemental assault damage.
Acid: spells with acid and/or earth descriptors.
Cold: spells with cold and/or water descriptors.
Electricity: spells with air and/or electricity descriptors.
Fire: spells with fire descriptor.

Liberty's Edge

They look good, you could even expand further if you wanted. He said something about combining elements.

Well, those feats do the trick for a Suli. 4e Genasi are born with one single element, but taking the Extra Manifestation feat allows them to use powers from another element.

Drejk enhanced AND combined the elements with the feats, which for a Suli would make sense, since they can choose which energy to use with their Elemental Assault.

IIRC there was also a Genasi-specific Paragon Path that expanded capabilities of a Genasi focusing on mutielemental nature of Genasi with Extra Manifestation feat.

Yeah, even the feat names ("element"-soul) are based upon the racial selectable feature of 4th edition Genasi determining the initial element. Maybe later I build Genasi as such with selectable elemental bloodline and feats to enhance them.

Liberty's Edge

I'd like to see it if you do, I like playing element based creatures.
