Poison query

Rules Questions

how many people can you poison with a single dose of injested poison? i know that injery poison is capped at one target per dose (minus sticky poison and other abilities that extend this) and that inhaled poison fills a 10-foot cube (so at least four people, but how long does it hang around for?) but i can't find any reference to what happens if you poison a dish which the entire court eats.
can someone please help me?

Sovereign Court

1 dose per person. It's best to keep it simple. Spreading it around would at best dilute the poison's save DC by 2 per extra target if you want to try to mimic the multiple dose mechanics in reverse.

Grand Lodge

You'd need a number of doses equal to the number of people served to be effective. The GM might allow it to work with a reduced DC, damage and/or loss of any special effects (such as drains) if there was at least over half the required dosage.

two problems with one dose per person.
1) inhaled already effects multiple people per dose
2) what if someone eats most of a dish, leaves it for an hour, then someone else comes along and eats the rest. does number 1 retroactively get his save DC lowered?

Grand Lodge

2. It depends on your definition of "most". If victim 1 ate enough of the dish to be fully affected, there wouldn't be enough left to harm victim 2. If victim 1 ate only part of a dose, he would be unaffected or get a bonus to his save, regardless of who or what ate the rest.
