I am yet to receive my order which shipped on the 24th January. Shipping was estimated at 6-10 days.

Your order is certainly running late at this point, but it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. Please give your order some more time to arrive, and if you still have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we will get you set up with replacements.

I had a similar situation. Tracking it, it seems to have gotten stuck in Richmond, CA on January 31st. I sent an e-mail, but got no response. I sent another one to the USPS info email address, and got an undeliverable message.

I will be patient and keep you guys updated if it gets delivered in the next couple of weeks.

I apologize for the delayed response. We did get your emails from Sunday and earlier today. We are still getting through all the emails that came in over the weekend.
