Some questions about Magus rules

Rules Questions

I am thinking of playing a magus in a campaign and was wondering about some specific rules.
1. Can I add +'s to an already magic weapon from arcane pool?
2. Can I take a 5 foot step between casting a spell and attacking when using spellcombat and or spellstrike

Liberty's Edge

1) Yes. You can not go above +5 however.

2) Yes. In fact, if you're using spell strike alone you can take a whole move action between the casting of the spell and the strike.

Also with regards the weapon bonuses, you can not use your arcane pool to go above a +10 total bonus. That is according to the rules if you use AP to add a +4 bonus(s) to a weapon that has a total of +7 to start one of the + on the weapon or your AP charge becomes inert. Example,
+4 keen edge, spell storing, corrosive rapier charged by your Arcane pool with an additional +4 used to give the weapon an additional +1(max +5, flaming, frost, and shock; would force you to chose a +1 ability or bonus to go inert. Weapons can have no more than a +10 total bonus functioning from the weapon enchantments and character abilities; this includes scabbards of keen edge. I for one love to have a +4, keen edge, spell storing(chose this to go inert if its not full), thundering, corrosive, rapier; with AP charges of flaming, frost, shock(minus this one if there is a spell stored). All left over +'s fall away. Stored spell should be vampiric touch and the spell you cast should be an intensified shocking grasp. If you use the meta elemental spell I would chose that weapon energy bonus to fall away instead of shocking.
