Teamwork feats don't universally require multiple allies to possess the same feat. Nowhere does it say that if only one person has a teamwork feat, then the feat provides no benefit.
I can't fault your interpretation of the rules-as-written, however I would advise not taking the feat unless you cleared it with your DM. I would expect most DMs to make the "doesn't make sense" call.

I don't see why it wouldn't make sense. You leave yourself apparently slightly more vulnerable to the enemy's next attack, but when they try to take advantage of it, they leave themselves open to an extra attack from you. AND if your allies are around you and have been trained in the same tactic, then they know what you're up to when you leave yourself open, and can capitalise on the opening as well.

The rules as written say this is a teamwork feat.
The RAI is such that you can't use this to get AoOs when you are by yourself. It doesn't make sense that this teamwork feat would work fine without any teamwork.
And yes, all teamwork feats require other allies to have the feat. This just reeks of cheese. If they were trying to emulate that feat, they'd just do so. They wouldn't make it a teamwork feat.
