Sohei weapon question

It says they gain proficiency with all martial weapons, but do they lose other proficiencies with exotic monk weapons? It doesn't say it replaces anything but I was curious.

Archetype features replace the features of the core class unless otherwise noted. The Sohei is proficient with simple and martial weapons, period. Until 6th level, when ze gets weapon training and can flurry with weapons ze is trained in, ze can still only flurry with monk weapons and unarmed strikes.
