Something just hit me with Galt, and I thought I'd share it.

Would A Tale of Two Cities be good 'inspirational reading' for Galt? And what other classics would 'mesh' with Golarion?

Well, Les Miserable comes to mind.

Depending on your historical context, something like the Count of Monte Cristo or The Three Musketeers could work - or more likely, since most would be playing "modern" games, legacies based off of those stories amidst the chaotic times of the eternal revolution would be the norm. Though, for the former, it could work very well in something like Gralton, and the latter works rather well with the introduction of Alkenstar's newfangled devices, and requiring specially trained guys to use them properly.

In other words, Alexander Dumas kind of works pretty well.

Or, you know, Wikipedia works pretty well for inspirational reading!
