Ultimate combat does not specify in the text for tiger pounce that it only operates on unarmed attacks, but it requires tiger style to be active.
Can anyone tell me whether Tiger pounce is restricted to unarmed attacks, or whether it can remove the to hit penalty form power attack on non monk weapons?
cheers

Activating a combat style is a swift action unless you have the Combat Style Master feat(in which case it's free)
If you have activated Tiger Style, and also have Tiger Pounce, you can apply any penalty from Power Attack to Armor Class instead of your attack rolls. This penalty will persist until your next turn (the next time you decide whether you are power attacking AND whether its penalty applies to AC OR your attack rolls)
As was noted, it is the 1/2 speed movement that requires a prior unarmed strike or combat maneuver.

Reading this again, I missed a point.
The Power Attack penalty always applies to attack rolls, UNLESS using tiger style.
So, if you start your round in tiger style(activating it on a previous round), then select power attack, the penalty activates.
Currently, it applies to you AC.
If you now spend an action to change styles, suddenly the penalty shifts back to your attack rolls.
(If you started in another style, select power attack and then switch to tiger, you can suddenly choose to apply that penalty to AC instead)
This becomes more of an issue if you've picked up Combat Style Master and try to juggle which style you're using multiple times a round.
(Also, keep in mind, a free action can only be taken on your turn, it must be labeled immediate to be taken outside of normal initiative order)
