My characters are going to be facing an accumulation of the story this next session an I'm Stuck on how i should work the boss of this climax.
The boss is a butler of the now main villain who was reently revealed to be evil and is now the leader of the metropolis the characters have been based around.
The butler is meant to act as if he is helping the characters escape the city (now filled with undead and bound guards) but right before they reach safety the butler is going to reveal his true colors as another villain.
I want him to be a brute/hulk of a fight but im not sure on special abilities/attacks and such.
Honestly im really stumped on how to reveal him and describe him to the party. Usually im fairly good at coming up with these kind of things but going from scratch i do not know what to do. The campaign is semi demon/undead based but im looking to come up with something new, or at least looks new and is based on something else.
Party level: 6/7
Overall players: 6
Cleric, Rogue, Bard, Sorcerer, Ranger (mele based), Oracle
Any ideas?

Alchemist. Lead them through the sewer, etc, then let them down a flight of stairs.

Balcony |Hiden lever

------------- ()Door
When the party is down the stair, activate the hidden lever that 1) drop the stairs and (2) close the door in the room at the bottom.
1) Bomb them hard from the balcony.
2) Use Mutagen, jump down and hit them hard.
3) Cackle madly
Altenatively, you could use a Synthesys summoner and
1) Spam monster downstairs
2) Shift into your eidoilon form, jump down and hit them hard when they finish dispatching the spammed monsters
3) dont't forget to cackle madly

Go Vivisectionist or Beastmorph or both, and a few levels of Master Chymist. Have him hulk out of his clothing after drinking a glass of "wine" right in front of them. Invisibility-> let him taunt the party, lead them something. ->Greater Invisibility start sneak attacking, or just start charging in. I would suggest using natural weapons from Feral Mutagen.
Maybe add Bomb Thrower from Master Chymist to the Vivisectionist's sneak attack (your call as DM).
I think Alchemist really fits the idea of a butler.

Make him a 6th level Synthesist. Give him bipedal form w/ the following evolutions:
Claws (Free), Limbs Arms x2 (Free), Limbs Legs (Free), Imp. NA x2 (2), Bite I (1), Reach Bite (1), Gore (2), Improved Str (2)Then give him these feats: Combat Expertise, Improved Trip, Combat Reflexes and Power Attack.
He can look like Orcus, or an undead demon of some sort. Have him cast/drink/wand an enlarge person on himself before the fight and put them in a 20-25' wide space. With 15' reach on the bite and the ability to trip on AOOs he will be nasty. Make sure to cast mage armor (he can keep it up all day). A human bane amulet of mighty fists is always fun too. With the lesser Evolution Surge spell he can morph to handle most things the party throw at him (flight, energy damage, invis etc.)

Have you figured out what the butler is or are you stuck there too? This is just off the top of my head, but here's an idea:
Butler-dude is directing the players through the city to what he claims is a series of tunnels used by smugglers to avoid the city watch, saying the tunnels lead to a large, open drain-pipe that exits into the wilderness outside the city walls. He eventually leads the party to a slick downward sloping tunnel that supposedly ends at the drain. It's a difficult enough descent, but nearly impossible to climb up without magic or a secure rope because of the filth. At the bottom of the tunnel, the party finds a wide, overflow chamber filled with the rotting remains of humanoids and missing pets. The pipe is quite secure, blocked off by a heavy mesh-iron gate, and Small monstrous centipedes scramble about the chamber feasting on the corpses. Butler-dude makes a joke about welcoming the party to his home and how he's happy to finally be away from the mansion/manor/whatever so he can take off his butler digs and change into something more comfortable. BAM! He's a Half-fiend or Fiendish Ogre Mage and the Centipedes (or singular Centipede if you're feeling nice) are his quasit servants.
That might be a tough encounter, but I don't know how optimized/skilled/prepared your party will be. You could ditch the quasits altogether to get the CR back down to 9 or 10 depending on the template on the Ogre Mage. The quasits aren't tough, but they might be too big a distraction. I figure Ogre Mage works well because they can change shape into humanoids, meaning the dude could easily pose as the butler for a long time. They're also multi-taskers capaple of both decent melee and spellcasting. The Half-fiend and Fiend templates give him fire and spell resistance to further bolster his defenses and help his regeneration (the fire resistance will eat up any fire damage the party uses to stop it.)
Alternately, a Half-fiend Aranea with some class levels might be good too. They've also got change shape so, once again, you've got an excuse for how it can maintain its butler form for so long.
Anyway, that's one idea.

Now, I've worked out the theatrics and all that jazz. The aesthetics are set, BUT now i Need help. It's going to be a fight of the Butler being an ALchemist who will start off throwring bombs and then switch over to Mele when he drinks a mutagen.
First off how many levels of ALch should he have (Race Human) to be a good fight.
I want a cr 7 fight. Like i said not sure on the Butler's level and also not sure if i should have little lackeys whether it'd be 3 undead stumbling in, or random massive bugs (it is in a sewer system).
The city has been taken over by undead but either will do.
Just wondering what would make a good fight for my party.
My party consists of
Party level: 6
Overall players: 6
Cleric, Rogue, Bard, Sorcerer, Ranger (mele based), Oracle
They are all experienced players so give me what you got!
