Do feats like Mounted Combat and Crane Wing ignore critical hits?

Good question. Do they negate the "auto hit" on a nat 20?

Crane Wing will negate a crit fine

Bold is mine. A crit would normally hit you. You deflect it. It's pretty crystal clear.

That just seems to go against what a critical hit is :)

I would say that if you roll a high enough ride check you could indeed negate a critical hit on your mount.
