Ok so i have so questions about the alchemist
1) Can an alchemist take craft feats other than brew potion (which they get for free)
2) Does an alchemist's class bomus to alchemy affect crafting with brew potion?
3) Is there an official ruling on Master Chymist getting bombs if they didnt have them before?

1) Can an alchemist take craft feats other than brew potion (which they get for free)
James Jacobs (Creative Director) says "An alchemist CAN take item creation feats, in any event. When an item calls for a spell prerequisite, the alchemist simply substitutes his extract of the same name. This does mean that, other than potions, there's a lot of specific items an alchemist won't qualify for, so it might be a good idea to max out your Spellcraft skill for all the requirements you'll be missing..."
2) Does an alchemist's class bomus to alchemy affect crafting with brew potion?
Alchemy (Su): "When using Craft (alchemy) to create an alchemical item, an alchemist gains a competence bonus equal to his class level on the Craft (alchemy) check."
While you can use the Craft (alchemy) skill in place of Spellcraft for the final check of creating a potion, I don't think a potion is an alchemical item.
3) Is there an official ruling on Master Chymist getting bombs if they didnt have them before?
Are you asking if Bomb-Thrower grants the Bomb ability to someone who doesn't have it? Why would it?
