Question about Rogue ultimate Ability vs. Ninja

I recently got a look at the ninja class and was thinking that the level 20 ability although neat seems a little less appropriate to the class than the rogue level 20 one. The rogue one in addition to other effects allows you to instantly kill a target regardless of hitpoints while the ninja one lets you drop stats and remain invisible to any detection for a short while.

Is it just me or wouldn't it make more sense to switch them giving the ability to instantly slay/paralyze/sleep a target to the silent assasin and a way to hide to the rogue?

A second question since a ninja can take Rogue talents could a Rogue take Ninja ones?

ninjas can get the assasination major talent, which gives them instagib capacity. being undetectable is very ninjay and combines well with this major talent.
and yes, rogues can take ninja talents... but not greater ninja talents. and i've probably got my termanology wrong somewhere. oh well, who cares? i mean, it's not like there's a ninja hunting down everyone who mucks up a post or som... blood splatters across the screen

I see thanks, shame though there's some ninja talents (greater) that I really like the look of but the ability (at 20th level) to go "You sleep now", "You just sit there and do nothing" oh and you "DIE" is really fun too. Ah well the hazards of having to pick a class . . . I know I shall be a wizard, fighter, monk, ninja, rogue, bard hmmmmm I think I just planned out the next couple of centuries for my character.
