Is there anything like a microphone or a megaphone in Pathfinder?

Well, a megaphone does not actually require any technology, as it dates back to 1671.

So, while it would be a little anachronistic, there is no reason it couldn't exist.

i game with a GM who in previous games had a ch take two rocks and permanent spell message on both and voila walkie talkies so im sure its possible besides if your the GM its your world you can cook up anything you want.

A cone of boiled leather with a hole at the small end would work just fine for a megaphone.
