Divine Vessel is it balanced?

Advice

Starting a level 1 campaign and this ability seems a bit powerful to me

Divine Vessel (Su): Whenever you are the target of a divine spell, you can, as a swift action, grant each ally within 15 feet of you a divine boon. This boon grants a +2 bonus on the next attack roll, skill check, or ability check made before the end of their next turn. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.

with a support like a cleric self casting guidance or some other 0 level being able to give the entire rest of the party a +2 bonus at lvl 1 seems a little on the powerful side or am i just being too much of a stickler I guess lvl 1 is a dangerous time maybe they need it. What do you think?

It doesn't seem all that powerful to me. Since it's specified as a swift action, it only works when the cleric casts a spell targeting himself (to activate when someone else casts a spell, it would have to be an immediate action). So its usefulness is limited.

Yes, a cleric casting guidance on himself each turn would be able to grant his nearby allies a "double guidance" for one turn, but unless the cleric had already used up all of his more useful spells there should be something better available.

Since the allies must be within 15 ft, the tactic is also unlikely to hit more than half of the party at a time, especially if there are multiple opponents.

Lantern Lodge

Its no more powerful then Luck domain's Bit of Luck (Sp), where all rolls can be rolled 2 Twice and the better result selected.

Remember that the bonus is to 1 roll, does not affect save rolls and requires you to spend a standard action to cast a spell like "guidance" on yourself.

That standard action could be better spend casting a longer lasting spell like Bless (lv1) or even summon monster.

Like Are said, its not really all that powerful. A good Buffing domain power for sure, but not a broken one.
