What Andoran cities would have an orphanage of Cayden Cailean?

Two of our Serpent Skull characters are from an Andoran Orphanage of Cayden Cailean. My ranger rogue is a devout follower of Cayden Cailean and Diane's inquisitor serves Milani. They were raised in the same orphanage, but I can't find any details for temples and the like in Andoran.

I presume Almus and Augustana would be large enough to have such an orphanage and a temple of Milani. Is there any cannon information on this?

Falcon's Hollow had one. Elara's Halfway House. It is burnt down 'now'. At least in the D-Modules. But it wasn't always. Not sure though from when to when. But then... You're the game master. In your world maybe the foster home is still running?

Okay... Furthermore I have to admit that it wasn't one from Cayden Cailean. At least no information regarding CC were made in the module as far as I can remember.
