Order #1901847 shipped on December 17th, did not arrive

I'm a bit unsure if there's a specific format to this, but I ordered a product that I'm very enthusiastic about. And now it's been around a month since the ship date. Is there anything that I can do? Or can it take a bit longer than this to arrive at some destinations?

i don't know where you are, but I am in Australia. I recieved a parcel sent from Paizo on 11 December yesterday . If that helps....

I'm actually in the general Japan region, though at an APO Address. Makes for good hearing, I haven't lost all hope yet. =p

APO's can take much longer than regular mail. The 4-8 day business estimate is from our warehouse to the APO depot here in the US. After that it can be unpredictable in how long it takes depending on if a pickup to the depot was just made before the package got there, how often those pickups are made for the destination, as well as the efficiency of the service on the recipients ends.

Usually if it hasn't shown up within a month of shipping we start to wonder where it might be. However, with APO addresses we've found that if they are indeed running behind, they will usually show up just after the month range, if it goes over a month and two weeks, then its likely severely delayed, sent back or lost. If it hasn't shown up by January 31, let us know and we'll get it replaced for you.

Thanks a bunch, happy to have this resolved. Will it show up in my orders, so that I'll know when this one is shipped?
