Switzerland in Golarion

I'm looking for an area of Golarion that is most like Switzerland. Like how Osirion is to Egypt and Galt is to old France

P.S. apart from that, not all countries have a golarion land.

The Dwarven Five Kingdoms or Druma seem to have a strict hands-off 'neutral' policy regarding various Andoren / Chelish / Moltune / Nirmathas feuds, and either could serve as a 'Switzerland' sort of nation.

The Dwarven mountain kingdoms would likely 'feel' more appropriate, visually, but Druma might be more mercenary feeling, with a 'sell weapons to both sides' sort of mentality (and a much stronger focus on banking and commerce, thanks to the heavy Abadarite presence).

Alkenstar is something of a Swiss equivalent, although their neutrality is somewhat bought with technological superiority (gunpowder and clockwork! Very swiss)
