how would it work with a gunslinger taking rapid shot feat? if he uses a pistol, and he uses the rapid shot feet, would he loose his move action because he is reloading to take that second shot? and what if he uses a musket? its a full round to reload a musket, standard action to reload with rapid reload. would he be able to get 2 shots with one attack?

To use Rapid Shot with Guns you would need to get your reload to a free action, which is possible through feats/class abilities and items.
Or have a High enough Rate of Fire weapon.

Remember that Rapid Shot gives you an extra attack only when you're making a Full Attack, which is a full-round action, not a standard action. And when you take a full-round action, you don't get a standard or a move (though you still get a swift action and one or more free actions).
If you need a move or standard action to reload, but you're making a full attack (and therefore don't have a move or standard action), then you can't get an extra shot.

Again, since a full attack doesn't leave you with any "spare" actions except for swift and free, you have to be able to reload as a swift or free action in order to get more than one shot.
