Divine Anger stack with Barb Rage?

Rules Questions

Taken from the Anger Inquisition

"Divine Anger (Ex): At 6th level, you gain the ability to rage like a barbarian. Your effective barbarian level for this ability is your inquisitor level – 3. If you have levels in barbarian, these levels stack when determining the effect of your rage. You do not gain any rage powers from this granted power, though if you have rage powers from another class, you may use them with these rages. You can rage a number of rounds per day equal to your Wisdom bonus, plus 1 round for every inquisitor level above 4th."

My question is say for example I'm a Barbarian 2 / Inquisitor 8

Do I pool my rage rounds into a single pool of rage rounds based on a total barbarian level of 2 + ( 8 - 3 )= 7th level barb for a total of 4 + CON + (2*6 levels) = 16+CON rounds

and I treat any rage power taken at barb level 2 or with extra rage power feat I have as a 7th level barbarin

final question could I take a rage power with a level requirement of barbarian level 6 for example if my effective barbarian level with this power is 6 or greater ? or am I limited to only taking rage powers I can qualify for with the 2 real levels of barbarian I have.

(and just out of interest general thoughts on playing a barbarian 2 / Inquisitor to 18 build with the above anger inquisition ? )

Concerning how many times per day you can rage, calculate them separately and add the results. They are distinct abilities that happen to intersect and each tell you how many times you can rage.

So (6 + Con)(barb) + (Wis + 2)(inq).

The effect when you rage is also calculated separately and then combined.

2 (barb levels) + (8 - 3), so 7.

For your final question, you could only gain that rage power if you took barb level 2 after your inq levels as the barb class is the only class that grants you rage powers. So, if your first two levels were barb then you could only select a rage power of a 2nd level barb. However, if you broke it up such that barb 2 was taken last, then yes you could because those levels stack but they didn't when you first started play. I'm unaware of a retraining option for rage powers though. If you can retrain these then either way wouldn't matter.

what about extra rage power feat which you can take any time with a general feat after 2 levels of barbarian ?

That would be another way, obviously.
