Spell Focus for an Oracle

What might be a good school to take Spell Focus in for an Oracle? (along with the usual +1 DC to the school, I've the ability to get +1 CL to the same school) We're starting at level 1, but I'm looking for something that will be useful for much of a character's lifespan and not just focused early on. I've not yet decided on the Mystery, either, though I've been looking between Heavens, Life, and Time.

I was figuring that if Heavens was gone with, Illusion would clearly be nice, but I don't know how well that would hold up past level 6 or so. That, and the CL bonus would be of little to no effect.

What might be a useful school for an Oracle where both the DC and CL increase would be of use?

Hrm, no ideas? I'm mostly just trying to think of a school for an Oracle that would benefit well from both a boost in DC and CL!

From the three Mysteries in the OP, and from what little I've read into them, I'd go for Heavens, with Spell Focus: Illusion. Take the Wizard route, and do some CC.

For the most part spell focus dose not help a divine caster very much. It has to do with there spell list in how it is made up. There are just not enough good spells of one type at each level. That means you can take spell focus but there will be spell levels where that focus dose nothing for you. Spell focus enchantment is about a close as your going to get. Even then there are many levels where there are no spells. And on top of that enchantment dose have limited effectiveness for a divine caster. Due to the lack of spells when compared to a arcane caster. Arcane casters don't just get a large access to spells. There spell cover a wider range of effects then divine spells. That is why I no longer play casting focused divine casters. Most of what a divine caster can do the arcane caster can do much better. The one thing a divine caster can do better is add to the damage per round the group dose. And almost every thing the divine caster dose with spells is out of combat unless some one drops.

I'm with Zavac spell focus: illusion and the heavens mystery is going to be your best bet and even there its only effecting a handful of spells over your character's lifetime. (More if you choose to go eldritch heritage: arcane and use the second eldritch heritage to grab a few extra illusion spells from the sorcerer list.)
