Are Class skill bonuses cumulative?

Hey guys, I have searched three or four pages of of the forums and can't quite find the answer. When you put a rank in a class skill it gives you a plus three. If you I put another rank in that skill, does it give another plus 3 etc..or is it a one time deal? Thanks!

If you have any ranks in a class skill, you get a +3 bonus.

Skill checks:

Trained Class Skill: 1d20 + skill ranks + ability modifier + racial modifier + 3

It's a one time deal. Or technically, it's a bonus that applies to the skill checks and not to the individual ranks invested in the skill.
