Ride The Lightning Question

Ride the Lightning from Ultimate Magic is a swift action with a Duration of 1 round/level

In the Text it states that it allows a caster to move 120' as lightning then rematerialize as a free action. Which indicates he can take a move action and Standard action after casting this spell.

As it is a 9th level spell, I would think he can do this each round that the spell is in effect?

Or was it an error in which Duration should have been listed as 1 round?

You may transform into lightning as a standard action and instantly travel in a straight line to a distance of up to 120 feet,

rematerializing in the new location as a free action. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Creatures in this line take 10d6 points of electrical damage and are staggered for 1 round (a successful Reflex save halves the damage and negates the staggered condition, spell resistance applies). Objects in your path are damaged as well, with combustible objects being set ablaze and metals with low melting points melted. If your path is interrupted by a barrier or otherwise deflected, you materialize short of your final destination in the nearest open space; targets in the line to that point take damage as normal. You are immune to electricity while this spell lasts.

The casting time is a swift action. Then, for the duration of the spell, you may use a standard action to turn into lightning and zip across space. In the process, you may do some damage and some other things. When you get there, you turn back into your form. On your next turn, you may again use a standard action to turn into lightning and repeat the process.
