First, by RAW you had to pick Monk Martial Artist archetype for such combination as Barbarian requires nonlawful alignement and Monks other than Martial Artist require lawful. Of course if your GM removed alignement restrictions (like me) it's no problem.
Second, for Weapon Focus you have to select specific type of attack - in this case Weapon Focus (claw).
I think that Feral Combat Training is not required in this case - you would get two unarmed attacks for your flurry and two secondary claw attacks (because you can flurry unarmed attacks with any part of boy leaving your arms free to deliver secondary attacks). With Feral Combat Training you can substitute natural attacks for unarmed attacks when using flurry. Which does not adds attacks but allows for using your natural attacks special qualities (think of serpentfolk Monk flurrying his bite and delivering poison multiple times per round).
Note that combination gets a lots of penalties: -2 to all attacks for flurry as a low level Monk, claw attacks get another -5 as secondary attacks.
May the new year would be better than previous one.

Hi!
Supposing I'm playing a Monk 1 Barbarian 2 character, with Lesser Beast Totem, with Weapon Focus (Natural Attack) and Feral Combat Training, will I be able to make 2 Flurry attacks and 2 Claw Attacks?
Thanks in advance and a Happy New Year!
The fine print at the end of Flurry of Blows prevents this:
A monk with natural weapons cannot use such weapons as part of a flurry of blows, nor can he make natural attacks in addition to his flurry of blows attacks.

Feral Combat Training (Combat)
You were taught a style of martial arts that relies on the natural weapons from your racial ability or class feature.
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Focus with selected natural weapon.
Benefit: Choose one of your natural weapons. While using the selected natural weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite, as well as effects that augment an unarmed strike.
Special: If you are a monk, you can use the selected natural weapon with your flurry of blows class feature.
I was wrong saying that Feral Combat Training would not be required as I completly forgot that flurry of blows cannot be used together with natural attacks and that made me interpret bold part as ability to substitute natural attaks for unarmed attacks.
Feral Combat Training bolded part does overrides flurry of blows no natural attacks rule, however.
