I decided to sketch up a Flash-like character. Used lvl 10, 25 PB, standard starting wealth.

Not really viable as a PC. Here's what you do get though. You run 300ft a round, with AC 35 against AoO. When you provoke, you can Panther Parry up to five times during that move. You can attempt to trip your opponent in place of a melee attack, I assume you can do this with the Panther attack as well. So you have +20 to trip your opponent, thus giving them -4 on their attack against you.
At level 11, I'd take Vicious Stomp to kick 'em too.
If Lightning Stance wasn't worded as it was, I'd definitely take it when you get BAB +11. (Benefit: If you take two actions to move or a withdraw action in a turn, you gain 50% concealment for 1 round.)
If pressured into a corner, you've got a decent stunning fist/Medusa's Wrath. You definitely want Agile on the Amulet of Mighty Fists as the next enchant, I took the +1 because w/o Ki Pool, you can't bypass DR/magic.
Buy some potions of Feather Step to run on difficult terrain. They cost 50gp a pop and last 10 minutes. I bought a Pearl of Power I to assume it would appease the party Arcanist into casting Mage Armor for you. In a pinch, you have +46 on acrobatics check to jump when running (+42 otherwise). That's a 47ft leap on a 1.
My favorite part though, is extreme endurance. Starting at lvl 5, no fatigue, at 10, no exhaustion.
Never stop running.
Anyway, I did this for fun. Any tips to make it cooler would be appreciated.

Haha I totally forgot to check back on this topic after posting it. I am glad some people enjoyed it :)
Yeah, it's a lot harder to find fitting classes for the rest of the Justice League though.
And they don't have cool tribute songs, like Jim's Big Ego did for the Flash: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odU1bHaYNDQ
