When my gun slinger makes sixth lvl and has a bab plus 6 can he make tow shots with his musket or should i get pistols and get rapid reload for the long range shots

if you can reload as a free (or swift) action, you can do 2 shots.
Unless you have a good way of reloading 2 pistols (4 hands for example) or a generous GM, I would recommend musket, it's good but not overpowered.

Anyhow, make it fit your concept. (btw. musket master or pistolero are better in my opinion)
