Can the feat Extra Channel be used with Radiant Charge?

No. Radiant Charge specifically uses Lay on Hands uses. Extra Channel gives a paladin extra Lay on Hands uses, but specifies they can only be used to channel positive energy. I would say that using those extra Lay on Hands to power a Radiant Charge is specifically using them for something other than channeling positive energy, which is expressly prohibited by the Extra Channel feat.
