So I have a question. Can a spell requiring a melee touch attack also be delivered with a normal unarmed attack? I want to run a druid/ celestial sorcerer/ mystic theurge focused around shapeshifting and using shocking grasp. But the question is can i just deliver it with the elemental slam attack or does that require the spellstrike feature from magus?

You can absolutely do that- however, you'd have to make a normal attack roll (as opposed to a touch attack- the target's armor and natural armor would apply). I could be wrong, but it might require an additional action as well, since the touch is normally considered part of the casting of the spell- I've never been clear on whether an unarmed attack would be included or if it would have to be a separate standard action.

The Magus is the only class which can use spells on natural or weapons.
If you hold the charge and make an unarmed strike/natural attack it discharges.
read below:
Holding the Charge: If you don't discharge the spell in the round when you cast the spell, you can hold the charge indefinitely. You can continue to make touch attacks round after round. If you touch anything or anyone while holding a charge, even unintentionally, the spell discharges. If you cast another spell, the touch spell dissipates. You can touch one friend as a standard action or up to six friends as a full-round action.
Alternatively, you may make a normal unarmed attack (or an attack with a natural weapon) while holding a charge. In this case, you aren't considered armed and you provoke attacks of opportunity as normal for the attack. If your unarmed attack or natural weapon attack normally doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity, neither does this attack. If the attack hits, you deal normal damage for your unarmed attack or natural weapon and the spell discharges.

...And in case that wasn't clear, "discharges" means "has its normal effect". So if you cast Shocking Grasp, and then punch using your normal Unarmed Strike, it follows all of the rules of an Unarmed Strike (including provoking AoOs if you don't have Improved Unarmed Strike), but also deals the Shocking Grasp damage if you hit the opponent's AC.

technically yes. They can crit on undead as touch attack spells.
Now if you did non-lethal damage with it, would the healing fix the non-lethal and then heal the person?
Could you coup de gras the person this way? does 1 pt of magic healing still cure all non-lethal damage, or is that 3.5 (or worse, a houserule?)
