So I noticed there's now something called text enhancement that has invaded my PbPs, and I'm sure other places as well(such as the store blog).
They aren't many of them, some of my games have none, others 1 or 2. But it's very annoying seeing oddly highlight text that has nothing but an advertisement attached to it.
What. In. The. Nine. Hells. Is. Going. ON???
I haven't noticed any such highlight in my PbP, and it sees some fairly heavy action.
It sounds like you might have either a virus or a greasemonkey script running that you don't know about. I'd run a full system sweep using MalwareBytes to see if it turns up anything.
Gonna download that, but I thought they were used to generate money to keep the sites up, as I've seen them on several smaller websites too.
The really weird part? My laptop was off all weekend and the majority of today. I turned it on, didn't go to any different sites, and this happens. Also further adding to the weirdness? It only seems to show up on the last page of my PbPs, though the word "websites" in my above post is infected too.
