Hello. I'm making a character for a new PFS game & was told to look into Tian Xia as I had questions about character background. I want to play an elf, but curious if elves - having seemingly spread everywhere - are in Tian Xia.
I know there are so far at least mentioned in Paizo's products:
Aquatic Elves
Desert Elves
Dark elves
Gray elves (Mordant Spire)
Snowcaster elves
Wild elves
Now I know a few people who dislike the "every kind of elf" question, so please if that's you, I don't want arguments or anything like that. I'm just curious.
Thanks so much!

In another thread:
Tengu already ARE found in the Inner Sea region, in fact. The other four races can certainly be found in the Inner Sea Region, but are pretty rare, just as dwarves and halflings and gnomes and half-orcs are pretty rare in Tian Xia. And just as there are tengu in the Inner Sea region, there are elves in the Dragon Empires.

More very cool info!! I can't want to hear all about it from the Gazetteer (& anyone know when the Tian Xia guide is out??)
You can order it now. (I think that the physical book is available next week.) There is a lot of information at here.

I bought the Gazetteer yesterday and just finished it.
Sadly, there isn't a huge amount of information as each country only gets a one-page write-up, and most of the Jinin page is backstory on how the Elves got there in the first place.
(Basically, they're the descendants of a group of Elves that broke off from the bunch that went on to become the Drow, making the long journey underground to finally come up in Tian Xia under the direction of a mad Oracle.)
Beyond that you find out they're isolationist and their main export is Mithral.

They also tend toward LG (as opposed to the typical CG of Avistani elves) and often follow the way of the samurai.
