Infernal Transport (Sp)
At 6th level, a diabolist can transport herself through Hell in a burst of brimstone. She may use this ability twice per day as per dimension door, or expend both uses to travel as if using teleport. She cannot use this ability to enter or leave areas warded against evil creatures.
This is pretty unclear writing. What I'm assuming is that it's basically free dimension door or teleport on the Material Plane. But why go through hell? Does this just give you a hell-flavored dimension door? Does it transport you to hell once a day? Does it let you use a version of dimension door or teleport only when you're in Hell, for whatever reason? The trouble I find is that it says it "transport[s you] through hell"- Ok, where does it put you back out? Do you stay in hell? Do you hve to already be in hell? Do you phase into hell for a second to pop back out in another plane?

As far as I understand, all teleportation effects take you through the Astral plane or some other dimension. This is basically just a reflavored dimension door.
To give you a reference: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/magic.html#teleportation .
But this spell does have it's own flavor. "As per dimension door" is after the 'through hell' part though. So basically it's like dimension door with a 'helleport' descriptor instead of a 'teleport' descriptor.
In situations where the astral plane is not accessible but hell is, I'd say this was usable.
Another interpretation is that is uses both hell and the astral, but I find that more restricting on my players and would prefer them to have 'ah hah!' moments. (that is, if this ever came up)
