The trick in question:
Pressure Points* (Su): A ninja with this trick can strike at an opponent's vital pressure points, causing weakness and intense pain. Whenever the ninja deals sneak attack damage, she also deals 1 point of Strength or Dexterity damage, decided by the ninja. Unlike normal ability damage, this damage can be healed by a DC 15 Heal check. Each successful check heals 1 point of damage caused by this trick. A ninja with this trick receives a +10 insight bonus on this Heal check.
Does this damage stack? If so it seems a little OP to me, in that this is available at a low level; which is pretty nasty.
I probably wouldn't have much of an issue with this trick if it had a save; say 10 + 1/2 ninja (rogue) lvl + ability mod (Dex in this case). This solution I just may do for my own group who are on board with it as we've discussed it.
If a heal check removes this damage then does a Cure type spell as well? Would it heal more than one point if the damage stacks?
Has anyone else used this in a campaign? How did it work out? Am I not reading it correctly?
As I said before i've already discussed this with my group; but I want to reach out to the community and see what everyone else is doing or has done.

Ah, the Rogue/Ninja doesn't have much, let em have this one thing.
Kidding aside--- while nice, this ability isn't overpowered. If you consider that it would normally take 10 or so hits to actually stop somebody with this, otherwise its a minor debuff. One that is easily surpassed by other classes. Sure, maybe not in conjunction with damage but it isn't that bad.

I'm worried about bugging my GM by having her recalculate all the stats every couple rounds... but the idea of lowering the enemies AC by 1 / round (if both of my attacks hit) seems sweet, especially for single Big Mean Bad Guys...
Haha, I just imagined a party of 4 TWF with this ability, all flanking, thus sneak attacking, thus doing up to 8 stat dmg/round, if they all hit. A few rounds, most things would be dead or non-moving from attribute damage.
Would also synergize nicely with the Shadowdancer's pet who does strength damage...
