Cheap ways to improve Grapple and Bull Rush?

Are there any? For instance, are there magic items that improve CMB only, or CMB and CMD?

(Context: a PC asked if its possible to build a character who can surprise with a rush or grapple despite being an Inquisitor -- 3/4 BAB -- with a Str of 10. He's willing to spend a feat but not more than that.)

Besides Improved Grapple/Bull Rush, I don't think there's much for him.
