After some serious writers block, I'm deferring to the forum folk for help. I'm looking for a dark-themed ap/module that would encourage the players to be monsterous classes such as undead, lycanthrops, tieflings, etc. I'd prefer a world over run by evil, with the players either fighting to carve out a piece for themselves or to overthrow the evil in the land. Any suggestions? If not, I'll see about writing again at some point.
Consider Crown of the Kobold King for a good start. The local populace is mostly evil, and despite there being a semi-heroic goal in the module itself, the player characters could of course be total jerks about it since they are evil. Of course, this would be easier if there was a module taking place in Geb, the nation of the undead, or in the Ghoul nation of Nemret Noktoria (I wonder if I spelled that right).
As for worlds overrun by evil, I think only Dark Sun comes to mind, but most of those options you presented wouldn't work too well on it.
Anything Cheliax is good. I suggest Council of Thieves, Curse of the Crimson Throne, or Second Darkness.
