Your order shipped out on the 10th via the standard postal rate, which has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 10th business day since it left.

At this point, it is probably just running a bit late, and should be showing up at any time. However, to make sure that you get it, I will put a replacement copy in with your next subscription shipment. If the original shipment should arrive in the meantime, just let me know so I can cancel the replacement.
