Tips and help on paladin archer build

Ok so this is my first time building a character like this not sure how it's gonna go but tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks.
Also I wish to add this is for a pathfinder society 2 slot module coming up so I only have 5k gp to spend. Ok let's see
He is a level 3 pally/2 fighter named Herf and halfling:
stats:
Str: 10
Dex: 18(16)
Con: 12
int: 10
Wis: 10
Cha: 15(18)
I threw my point at 4 into cha.
Ac is 24 in regular full plate: 10+9+1++1= 20(base+armor+dex+size)
and he's using a +1 longbow
his total saves are fort 12, reflex 10, and will 8
feats: point blank shot, rapid shot, weapon focus LB, weapon spec LB(fighter bonus feat), improved init.
He has 2 bow attacks at +10, +11 within 30 feet at 1d6+3, +4 within 30 feet, but if smite evil is active and works he has 2 bow attacks at +15 and will deal 1d6+10 points per attack.

Are those rolled stats or point buy. If it is point buy how many points do you have to play with?

why the two levels of fighter? i'd think the extra pali abilities would be better - the spells you get a 4th (and extra smite and Channel) and the Divine Bond at 5th...

also, isn't the Full Plate going to interfer with his Dex to armor bonus?

I didn't even notice the fighter levels. I would agree that going straight pally is better.

The full plate only allows +1 dex bonus to AC so the total AC should only be 21.(Armor +9, dex, +1, size +1, +10 base)

to get the Weapon Spec feat the Prereq would be 4th level fighter... so it's not a valid feat.

Divine Hunter Archetype would give Percise Shot and Shared Percision (this is cool) at 1st and 3rd level - and he would loose Hvy Armor, but I'm thinking the Hvy armor is going to fall by the wayside with his high Dex.

Mithril Breastplate is what I'm figuring this guy in...

Oh, and I'd look into Deadly Aim as a feat, maybe almost as good as rapid shot.
Weapon Focus is really only good as a gateway to Weapon Spec (which he can't get), so I'd replace it (unless you loose it for replaceing the two levels of Fighter with levels of Pali).
