Besides the initial three (Not counting the Priestess of Desna) are there other female romancable people in any of the current four adventure parts?

More Jade Regent Romances (Kelda and Ulf)

Relationship =/= Romance. It you have an all straight-guy party, there is still the option of becoming enemies or sword-brothers with Sandru; being a foster-son to Koya; making an enemy of any NPC; or even multiple characters romancing the same NPC. As far as I can tell, there is nothing in the rules that says that two PCs can't romance the same NPC (or that one PC can't romance more than one NPC). In fact, it seems as though, with a lot of effort, it would be possible for a PC to get boons from every NPC in the game, whether positive or negative. If that is true (and according to RAW it is), then it doesn't actually make sense for a PC to get tied down to one NPC: they would get more mechanical benefit from becoming BFFs or Frenemies with all of them.
That said, I'm sure that we could come up with a relationship stats for other female NPCs...
Urksahkka: Score 43. Likes: PCs who show that they can handle themselves in the wild, acting to defend the Iqaliat, gifts of cold-weather gear. Dislikes: Assuming that magic can solve every weather-related problem, attacking Iqaliat villagers, antagonizing Ulf.
Miyaro: Score 37. Likes: defending the forest; gifts of mundane objects from far-away lands; long, deep, serious conversations about the nature of spirituality and the kami. Dislikes: jokes about the kami, insinuations that she is not really a kami, attacking forest creatures.
I didn't do boons, mostly because I'm making this up off of the top of my head, and the boons seem like they would take a lot of work. If my party decides to pursue these, I'll work them out. That said, it wouldn't be too hard, if your party needed it, to base boons on the examples we have. They seem to be roughly equal to half a trait, but grant limited access to racial or class abilities that character possesses.
Thanks. I was considering throwing some possible triangle action for one of the PCs but if not I wanted the NPC to have something going on off on the side.
It's a DM NPC and two PCs group and both expressed interest in one of the suitably aged NPCs.

You know. I'd LOVE to have write up of major NPCS in future products that allowed this option more.
With you there would love to see some of these characters from later modules get stated so that players could have more chances for some nice rp'ing and the fact that it has mechanical benefits if allowed makes this one of the most interesting parts of the game for most of our group. Also it helps that with our jade regent Mogmurch from We Be Goblins not only survived the fight but has now joined the adventurers as PC as well as his mate Rempty (who has been cast as a gunslinger pistilero) who whispers him sweet goblin lullabys whilst on the open road ^-^.

So what are the enmity and devotion boons for Miyaro? I think my Taldan-raised Kitsune fighter might like her. ;) Yes, I said Taldan-raised Kitsune.
