Comprehensive minis list?

I'm looking to run the Kingmaker AP once the current group I'm playing with gets far enough into Carrion Crown. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of what minis would be needed for this series, broken down by book if possible (I don't want to buy book 6 minis until after I have enough book 1 minis to get the group started). My preference would be Paizo/Reaper where possible, but I know there will be a lot of additional minis needed for the other battles.

The easy way is paper minis for (link) Stolen Lands and (link) Rivers Run Red. Reaper carries pewter minis for each module's BBEG and one or two additional encounters.

In general, though, you're looking at mostly wilderness human types and animals/beasts. It's not an exact manifest, but that should help.

I've looked at the store, and none of the minis are marked as being for the Kingmaker AP. I assume the ones with "iconic" in their title are PC archetypes, but would I want to start with the Ogre Dorella Kreeg, or the Degenerate Serpentfolk, for example?

Thanks for the list. The detail on those is stunning as always. I'd probably skip the last two (definitely initially) as they're quite specialized, but the rest are on my list of interest. Do you think

quantity list:

6 Mites, 4 Serpentfolk, and 2 Trolls

would be adequate for most encounters, or are there some key events where I would need more?

Ok - you can emit the serpent folk from that list, unless you want to add

that race for some specific reason...they're not in the modules that I
can remember...

Added into that list - you'll need at least

6 bandit minis, kobolds, a dire bear, wolves, a dire boar, various fey, Boggards, 2 medium sized giant frogs, Lizardfolk

and more...especially animals to populate the region if your PCs are
going to have encounters with them...

As always with minis - it depends on how specific you want to get. Are
you happy to have minis stand in for each other?
