The Incredulous Horc (Half-Orc, that is)

After seeing the Captain Andoran character writeup, I was wondering how I might be able to make a character of my own in the same vein. Particularly, how I might be able to create a certain giant green rage monster in Pathfinder.

I don't have every Pathfinder book, so there might be a class escaping me. I assume some levels of Barbarian, given the Rage ability is very fitting to the concept, but I've also been told there is an Alchemist Archetype in one of the Ultimate books (Combat, I think? Could be wrong) that has a whole Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde thing to it where the mutagens make you stronger but at the cost of intelligence? Seems perfectly fitting.

Of course, that still leaves out plenty of Feats and Traits that I'm probably unaware of that would be perfect.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Master Chemist, advanced player's guide prestige class. You gain a mutagenic form that you enter when you use your mutagen or have a chance when you take damage. It is Ideal for The hulk, provided you are willing to role play the rage quality. Also, your mutagenic form must have a different alignment and appearance than your normal form.

Wow. The Master Chymist is the perfect Prestige Class for this character!

Also, I found the Alchemist archetype that I was told about before. Apparently its in Ultimate Combat: The Ragechemist. Would this work well for a Hulk-style Alchemist then? And would it make sense to take levels of Barbarian as well? Though Barbarian levels seem like they'd slow the Alchemist progression, seeing as Master Chymist isn't available until 8th level even if you go pure Alchemist.

Shouldn't it be "Hurc"?

I would avoid the ragechemist, not because it isn't thematic, but because it really isn't fun to lower your already poor will saves.

I think the you can do this with the Eldritch Heritage feat chain (Orc Bloodline)and remain a barbarian all the way. It's 3 feats that let's you "hulk" out and gives up to a +12 Str, as well as some other nifty increases...Of course, the Hulk will need to be more charismatic that I would imagine him to be...
