Did "Impact" weapon enhancement make it into PF?

I've looked but not seen it anywhere. Anyone know of plans to bring it back?

Not open source. Paizo can't touch it. Paizo can't use anything from old D&D that's not in the SRD.

Correct. Which is why many sources from 3.5 are still viable options for Pathfinder. I find that a lot of hard-core Pathfinder players seem to completely have abandoned anything 3.5.

Doesn't make sense to me really.

It makes more sense than you think.

1. It helps a lot in mastering the changes in Pathfinder if you play for awhile in "pure" mode without mixing in elements from another game system, even one that's closely related

2. Much of the 3.5 supplemental materials have known balance issues, especially when it got to the point that WOTC was churning them out on a monthly basis.

3. A lot of the new Pathfinder stuff IS good enough so the need for the 3.5 supplements isn't worth the hassle of including and rebalancing them.
