Hey all,
So I'm moving on up in the world and hitting the 12th level as a Ranger!!! The only problem is that I don't know what it is that should be picking up outside of the staples.
As it stands I have 108k and can spend a max of 27k which is allocated as such:
+1 +2Might Holy Composite Long Bow (A plethora of evil is coming)
Cloak of Resistance +4 (obvious reasons)
Belt of Wisdom +2 (so +4 boost) ("")
Headband of Dexterity +2 (+4 boost) ("")
and
+3 Mithral Celestial Chainmail (or just celestial armor) (O.P.)
This leaves me with 19.6k left to spend. The items that I already have on my person are as follows:
Wand of Gravity Bow
Wand of Aspect of the Falcon
1x Cat's Grace Potion
Bracer's of Lesser Archery
Boots of Elven Kind
Pearl of Power +1
Efficient Quiver
2x Feather token: tree
Bell+Silver thread
Elven Curved Blade
I'm thinking of dropping 6k on a wand of cat's grace (just because it makes me that much better) or alternatively; selling the pearl of power and the bracers of lesser archery (at full cost cause of the way the ruling works) for 6k (putting me up to 25.6k) and buying a "Bracers of Archery, Greater".
Just in case it matters; my AC will be 27, with a weapon that will be consistently dealing 2D6+5 +2D6 damage and (with greater archery bracers) +27, +27, +22, and +17 to hit.

What does (+4 boost) mean?

The +4 enhance from the spell doesn't stack with the +2 enhance from the Belt of Dexterity-- the +4 from the spell overwrites the +2, giving you 2 more dex than the belt, not 4. I don't know what "(+4 boost)" means, but if it's a +4 belt, then it doesn't stack with the spell at all, as both are equal bonuses.
Unrelated; I suggest taking Deadly Aim soon if your to-hit is that good. You could be dealing a lot more damage.

The belt of dex +4 and headband of wisdom +4 will both cost 16000gp each. Note that cats grace wont stack with the belt of dex so no need for a wand of it. The Cloak of Resistance +4 costs 16000gp too. All of those are excellant choices.
A Handy Haversack is an essential item and relatively inexpensive (2000). Keep your important stuff in there and don't provoke AoOs for pulling out a potion or wand or what not.
Eyes of the Eagle are cheap (2500) and give a nifty +5 bonus on Perception checks.
I think a Ranger can greatly benefit from a rod (or two!) of lesser extend. Makes those long duration buffs last all day. Also inexpensive (3000gp).
The greater bracers of archery cost 20,000gp more than the lesser, and grant a net +1 to attack and damage over the lesser. not sure if its worth the cost or not, you could make your bow a +2 Holy bow for less than that. You could get boots of speed (12,000) instead and have quite a bit of change left over.
I don't see any rings in your possession. Rings of Protection are always nice. Theres a couple other rings in your price range that could be interesting to use for an archer/ranger. Ring of Invisibility is quite useful, and a ring of blinking could be pretty handy as well.
Just some ideas for you, although I'd definitely get a handy haversack and a rod of lesser extend.
Edit: oh you might also want to look at picking up some arrows of different materials such as adamantine, cold iron, and silver. They can be real handy when you need them.
