Question about attacking from concealment

Rules Questions

I just wanted some clarification on this subject. Is there any bonus to hit associated with attacking from concealment or is your opponent denied their dexterity bonus? Invisibility and Hidden are conditions that clearly state they grant a bonus to attack rolls. Concealment does not, though it is a very similar condition. Am I to assume that concealment offers no offensive bonus just the 20% miss chance?

The Exchange

I think that is true. No bonus to hit from concealment.

Correct. You gain no bonus to hit directly from concealment, although you can use concealment to gain Stealth which will help if you are a Rogue. Concealment actually hurts your attacks is your opponent is in concealment as well. You must roll the miss chance to hit him just like he does to hit you, unless you have some way to see regardless of the concealment. Also Sneak Attack only works if you can accurately see your target; it specifically states it doesn't work if your opponent has concealment against you.
