Okay, we're all certain that any base class can be declared as 'favored'.
We also all know that a Prestige class cannot be favored.
Question is, can an NPC class be? Can that Level 4 Aristocrat / Level 3 Warrior claim one of his class as being favored, or can't he?
If this is spelled out in the rulebooks, please point me into the right direction. I may just be missing things...
