Are they magic weapons do you mean? No on that unless somehow the Witch has natural DR/Magic or something like that, assuming Pathfinder kept the whole "creatures with certain kinds of DR break that same DR with its natural attacks" thing I think I remember from older D&D editions.
No more magical then the claws/nails anything else has.

If they're (ex), they are not affected by Dispel Magic (though effects placed on them may be) and can be activated in an Antimagic Field. They are not, however, magic weapons.
