Could I get a clairifaction on a Smiting Paladin bypassing DR
Smite Evil (5/day) (Su) (Paladin Ability)
Once per day, a paladin can call out to the powers of good to aid her in her struggle against evil. As a swift action, the paladin chooses one target within sight to smite. If this target is evil, the paladin adds her Charisma bonus (if any) to her attack rolls and adds her paladin level to all damage rolls made against the target of her smite. If the target of smite evil is an outsider with the evil subtype, an evil-aligned dragon, or an undead creature, the bonus to damage on the first successful attack increases to 2 points of damage per level the paladin possesses. Regardless of the target, smite evil attacks automatically bypass any DR the creature might possess. In addition, while smite evil is in effect, the paladin gains a deflection bonus equal to her Charisma modifier (if any) to her AC against attacks made by the target of the smite. If the paladin targets a creature that is not evil, the smite is wasted with no effect. The smite evil effect remains until the target of the smite is dead or the next time the paladin rests and regains her uses of this ability. At 4th level, and at every three levels thereafter, the paladin may smite evil one additional time per day, as indicated on Table: Paladin, to a maximum of seven times per day at 19th level. Note: Either activation checkbox on the in-play tab will apply the to-hit and AC modifiers, select "Activated" for x1 damage or "Double Damage" for x2. Addition from Undead Scourge: This functions as the paladin ability of the same name, but the undead scourge does not deal 2 points of damage per level on the first successful attack against evil dragons and evil outsiders. She does deal 2 points of damage per level on all smite attacks made against evil undead creatures.
Does the bypassing DR affect all damage dealt by the weapon and smite plus any enchanments or just the weapon damage and the smite damage?

The attack bypasses DR. That means all the damage from the attack that would be subject to DR is not subject to DR for the attack: Smite damage, weapon base damage, enhancement bonuses, strength bonuses, feat bonuses, sneak attack damage - you name it.
Sure.
As a footnote, I read the rules as the target looses all DR, not that the target looses its immunities or energy resistances. So, the succubus is still immune to the flaming damage of your flaming broadsword, the first ten points of acid damage from your acidic mace, but your non-cold iron (or less than +3 magical, see CR p. 562), maybe even non-magical long sword still ignores her DR 10/cold iron or good.
The evil ooze is still immune to critical hits, flanking (and therefore the extra damage from the Precise Strike feat, APG, p. 167), and precision damage like sneak attacks.
Yes, evil oozes are rare,
So if your DM is fair,
You will rarely have to fight a pair,
Unless you journey to Jubilex's lair.

Crit'ed and sneaked an ooze cannot be
However the evil ooze has reason to fleeWhen the mighty paladin it doth see.
