What qualifies as a Special Power for the +1 Leadership score under the feat Leadership?
I have done a word search on both the Core Rule book and the Advanced Players guide and the only time the words Special Powers comes up is in spell descriptions, some magic items and of a few descriptions of some magical abilities of classes.
However I can't seem to find a RAW definition of what a special power is.
Thanks in advance for any assistance

I've always wondered about this too.
If "special power" refers to something that the majority of the population (NPC classes) doesn't have, then anyone with a level in most PC classes should qualify. (This is how we play it in my group.)
If "special power" refers to something extra that your character can do thanks for DM intervention then odds are that very few players would gain this boost.

Leadership has always been in GM territory. I think this word along with "aloof" also depends on the GM.
