Should the line be read like in 3.5 which would be you can move and make one claw attack like in the past.
Or is in now you can move and make either an attack with 2 claws OR a bite.
And a Full Attack would be bite and 2 claws.
Also is the attack and damage for 2 claws one roll with damage of 1d4 OR is it 2 attack rolls and 2 damage rolls.
As GM I am reading it as the following (with a BAB +1 and STR +1)
Attack +2 claw (1d4+1)
Full Attack +2 bite (1d6+1) AND 2 claws +2/+2 (1d4/1d4) OR should the secondary attack incur the weapon-fighting penalties and off-hand attack STR penalty?
So Full Attack +2 bite (1d6+1) AND 2 claws -3/-3 (1d4/1d4+1), AND the penalties on the claw attacks could be offset by the Multiattack Feat?
Any clarification would help.

It is written like that to save space. If you get a standard action you only get one attack with it unless the monster has a special ability that says otherwise.
Monsters don't get bonus attacks based on BAB. They only go by the number of natural attacks.
You only get bonus attacks per BAB if you use a manufactured weapon such as a sword.
Each claw gets its own damage roll.
You have the full attack, and the single attack correct(one claw).
Multiattack is only need to reduce the penalty on secondary attacks. In Pathfinder bites and claws are primary attacks. That is why you have the claws and bites using the same attack bonus.
If you go here and search for natural attacks you will see the table with a list of primary and natural attacks.
