Deadly aim and line of sight

Rules Questions

It is possible to do a deadly aim attack if you don't have line of sight with the target (let's say he's under a curtain)?

And more generelly if he has cover?

Thank you

Deadly Aim is not precision damage, so it applies in any circumstance you could make the ranged attack it applies to.

Remember the miss chance from concealment/total concealment, along with the penalty to hit will still apply.

Also that cover/total cover provide your target with a bonus to his AC.
