Playing Pathfinder after playing 3.x for years and years...
A few things jumped out at us on our first play and just wanted to make sure since it's these "little differences" then can really catch you.
1. Undead and Constructs are not immune to crits?
2. Undead and Constructs are not immune to sneak attacks?
3. Undead don't all use d12 for HD and get CHA instead of CON for hp?

Yes, there is a thread floating around about these things. There are a lot of fairly subtle changes like this, but for the most part, you can port characters and modules over from 3.5 to PF without a lot of hassle.

The thread actually floated to the top: here
The was another one as well a long time ago I will try to dig it up.
But to the op, yes your 3 points are accurate. Points 1 and 2 are actually linked, undead and constructs are very common creater types in the game, and making them all blanket immune to one class' primary combat feature was not good design (creatures immune to crits are immune to sneak attack). So this automatic immunity was removed from the game in pathfinder.

Besides that, removing those immunities makes sense. You kill a movie zombie by destroying the brain, and kill a vampire by stakeing its heart. Both of those sound like critical hits to me. And not all constructs are animated lumps of material - some would have their magic tied to a symbol somewhere on their body (like a rune or a name or something), they have joints you can damage, and things like clockwork constructs have gears and other "vital" points.
The creature types should only contain things that are common to all creatures of that type. Individual undead and constructs can be immune to crits/sneak attacks, but as a whole those creatures should be affected by them.
