Few Questions

1- Does a large creature (or bigger) take more damager from area effect spells such as Fireball, Lighting Bolt, Heat damage from firewall? I know Meteor Swarm does because it specifically targets more than one hex just curious.

2- How does a fog/cloud/smoke work? if I cast Fog around my wizard and he is in the middle of it who is exactly effected? Lets say I cast it and there is a fighting right in front of me also in it, and a ranger 50ft away, and a Oracle with blindsense curse 50ft away..what would the effects exactly be to everyone, including the wizard? Can a spellcaster target anyone within the cloud with basically just the 50% miss chance?

Thankyou in adavance for the answers just a couple things that came up at last nights game and we just wanted to double check to see what we did right and wrong.

Edit: I know fog is only 20% miss chance but last night it was some kind of smoke that worked like fog but at total concealment 50% so thats what i said 50%.

1 - No, nor from meteor swarm, for which a creature taking up multiple squares only increases its chance to get hit by more than one blast.

2 - Creatures that are in the fog, but have no squares of fog between them and the viewer, have concealment granting them a 20% miss chance. This prevents attacks of opportunity.
Creatures that are blocked from the viewer by one 5' square or more of fog have total concealment, cannot be seen, cannot be targeted with spells that select creatures as targets and if an attacker guesses or senses the right square, have 50% miss chance.
An oracle with clouded vision never receives blindsense to 50 feet. If she is 5th level or above, she has 60' normal vision and 60' darkvision, which doesn't have any special effects against fog, so she is affected as described. If she is 1st to 4th level, she can't see the wizard regardless of fog. If she is 10th level or above and 30 feet from the wizard, she knows what square he's in, but still has a 50% miss chance and can't select him as a specific target. If she is 15th level or above and 15 feet from the wizard, she can target and attack him exactly as if she could see him clearly.
