Four-leged gives:
-Fast (1 RP)
-Stability, but weaker (1 RP, should be less but no fractions are allowed)
-Undersized Weapons (-2 RP, you are Large, so my guess is melee inclined)
Net: 0
But a bigger ofender is Hooved, wich, for one easy payment of 1 RP, takes away your ability to wear boots and gives you the abilty to wear horseshoes. This is penalizing something for a fluff choice thats already penalty.

Yawar

Presumably hoofed should also give you a natural attack that you can use without provoking an AO. (perhaps not called out in the rules and should be?)
There is an offensive ability for that already, so it appears that you must pay 1 RP to gain hoof and 1 again to be able to use them as secondary attacks. When you can take talons for 1 RP and use your feet as primary attacks at a lesser cost.

To be honest, the entire system of traits that are specific to the number of RP you spend (Advanced / Monstrous traits) or specific subtypes (ONLY HUMANS ARE GOOD ENOUGH OR DIVERSE ENOUGH TO EVER GET BONUS SKILLS / FEATS. EVER.)
I mean, really. The human's entire schtick is that they're the Jack of All Trades, master of none. You're not exactly a jack if you have tons of abilities that no one else can ever get ever.
